My coupon did not work. I had to re do my order when I went into the store.

Coupon Didnt work for me for the 12.95 candles. I shouldn't have to call customer service ....so i just didn't order ....their stuff is always having issues and its annoying.

I was able to use the coupon in store yesterday with Candle purchase.

The coupon didn’t work for me either, so I gave up and didn’t order.

It worked for me, but I had to log into my account. I went back to see if you could use it again and it did not work the second time, it said not valid the second time I tried to use it. Did not try in the store yet.

The only car fragrance that we've ever had that has really worked was Leaves. My husband uses them in his work truck but he has a sensitive nose. I can't smell them usually. So I agree with you. They don't work. Girl I can go places in my own country and they don't understand my accent. My husband had to translate for me in Miami because most people thought I was the foreigner.

It worked on my second account but not my main account. I’m not looking forward to it not working in store and I read even in store it was being wonky. I feel the same way! We have a code that doesn't work! I did chat with customer service and after having 5 reps disconnect with me..yes 5. One girl finally said she could send me a 10 off 30 code. I asked when it would be fixed online but she said it wasn't them it was me!! Like what?!

I couldn't use it on the candles yesterday. Was so mad.
